Moritz Löbbert joins Scannell Properties
Real estate development and investment company Scannell Properties, a specialist for large industrial and logistics projects, has hired Moritz Löbbert as a new development director. Based in Scannell's Düsseldorf office, Löbbert will focus on the acquisition of land for the development of industrial and logistics facilities.
As a graduate engineer and urban planning expert, Löbbert has almost a decade of experience in this field. He joins Scannell from Aldi-Nord, where he served as property and expansion manager for Northeast Germany. Prior to that, Löbbert was real estate portfolio manager at Lidl. (cj)
