More space for ID Logistics
Segro France is acquiring a warehouse on behalf of ID Logistics. The 49,931 sqm logistics site is located in Plessis-Pâté, part of the former air base of Brétigny-sur-Orge.
Around 75% of the property will be occupied by ID Logistics, the rest being rented by a company in the healthcare sector.
The building, delivered at the beginning of the year, consists of eight cells and about 1,500 sqm of office space. Segro now has now assemble around 180,000 sqm of logistics sites in the south of Île-de-France. (sh)
