More shuttles between Alsace and Rotterdam
The Alsace Rotterdam Express has increased its frequency to four round trips a week between the Dutch port of Rotterdam and Strasbourg/Kehl (France/Germany). The train is an initiative of the C3C partnership between Danser Group, Haeger & Schmidt Logistics and Ultra-Brag.
The service started with two round trips four years ago. A third was added in early 2018. This latest expansion to four round trips creates a capacity of some 360 teu per week in both directions.
The shuttle departs from Rotterdam on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and leaves Strasbourg/Kehl on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. (ben)
