More rail links to and from Santos
The French shipping line CMA CGM has enhanced its intermodal services in Brazil by linking the port of Santos with the four major logistics hubs of São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Goiás and Mato Grosso.
By extending the hinterland connections from the largest port in Latin America, the shipping line has linked ten of its core maritime services to and from Brazil by rail, with weekly departures in Santos.
The freight trains run to the terminal in Jundiais in two days and connects Rondonopolis and other hubs in seven days (green lines on the map).
In addition to the rail links, CMA CGM offers more than 3,000 road transport solutions in Brazil (yellow lines on the map). (ben)
