More intermodal routes available from Rostock
Hansa Destinations has introduced two new regular train-connections to and from the Rostock gateway, offering links with Duisburg and Kaldenkirchen (all Germany), Italy and Southern France and onward services to central Sweden.
Hansa Destinations is also expanding its services with cargo transport departures directly from Rostock to Visby on the Swedish island of Gotland. The new intermodal opportunities will speed up the transfer from road to rail and sea connecting Southern and Western Europe with Scandinavia and beyond.
Rostock is also served by six weekly round trips to Kaldenkirchen, Perpignan (France) and Domodossola (Italy). (ben)
