More GDP certificates for Gefco
The French automotive logistics company Gefco has won the GDP certificate (good distribution practice) for the carriage of pharma products by road in nine more countries.
After an analysis conducted by the auditing company Bureau Veritas, Gefco’s subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Italy, Morocco, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey and UK have been awarded the GDP certificate.
Overall, 15 Gefco subsidiaries now hold this certificate. It is valid for three years and shows that Gefco fulfils EU standards for the sale of pharma products. The company therefore performs the necessary quality checks and ensures that products can be backtracked in order to rule out the risk of forgeries. (mw)
