MOL restructures organisation
As part of its “rolling plan 2020”, MOL has established an offshore technical division to concentrate management resources and strengthen its market position in an important business field.
United with the "One MOL" division, the new branch is a technical group led by Makoto Yamaguchi, so far general manager of the technical division, now GM of the technical division & GM of the offshore technical division.
Meanwhile, in a role to promote and supervise the implementation of measures based on the company's long-term policies for environmental recovery and regional contribution in Mauritius, EVP executive officer Akihiko Ono is now been assigned to lead the company’s programme for the "recovery of environmental damage from the Wakashio Incident and contribution to the Mauritian community".
