Modalis bolsters Italian team
The intermodal logistics solutions provider Modalis Group has welcomed Alessandro Lupieri as head of its new Italian subsidiary, with resonsibilty for the company’s business development in Italy, Switzerland and Eastern and Central Europe.
After studying civil and transport engineering at Milan Polytechnic, Lupieri began his carrier at a private intermodal terminal in Italy, which he managed from 2002 to 2006.
With this professional experience and his technical background, Lupieri then worked for major companies such as Tipes, an intermodal operator, as key account manager, and, more recently, for VTG Rail Europe, a wagon hire company, as head of intermodal sales and innovation for the Italian market.
