Mobile Industrial Robots forges ahead
Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR) has opened its first German office in Eschborn. Together with a team of ten people, sales director Jörg Faber will head and further develop the company’s trade in DACH and Benelux. With this move, the Danish robotics pioneer MiR strengthens its presence in two important sales markets.
Demand for efficient automation solutions for intralogistics is especially high in Germany. The company opted for Eschborn particularly because of its excellent links to transport networks and its location within the economic powerhouse of the Rhine-Main region with Frankfurt as its international hub. The Benelux countries are also within easy reach.
The German branch provides space for conferences and training seminars as well as an exhibition room for the robots. Now, the company can also offer technical training courses which could only take place in Odense (Denmark) so far. “Thanks to our new office we are now much closer to our customers and partners,” says Faber.
