MLP welcomes first tenant in Vienna
The new tenant is part of the GC Group, a wholesaler for plumbing, heating, and ventilation equipment. It will take over a 2,950 sqm hall space as well as 350 sqm of office space.
The property has seven loading doors. The MLP Business Park in Vienna comprises a gross functional area of 53,600 sqm divided into four buildings.
With flexible unit sizes, the park is particularly suitable for providers of city logistics and e-commerce services as well as companies from the light industrial or automotive sectors. The handover is scheduled for December 2024.
