MLP's second logistics park near Berlin
MLP Group, a developer specialising in brownfield sites, is building a 4,600 sqm MLP Park Spreenhagen Berlin. It comprises 36,600 sqm of hall space as well as office and mezzanine space. Seven commercial tenants will be able to occupy individual units (from 3,500-30,000 sqm).
The park has direct highway connections to Berlin, Frankfurt and Eastern Europe. Berlin Brandenburg Airport is also nearby. A photovoltaic system will be installed to achieve the DGNB gold standard.
Martin Birkert, country manager Germany of the MLP Group: "Unlike our business park in Ludwigsfelde, which is suitable for sectors such as light industry, retail and services, in Spreenhagen we are creating urgently needed space primarily for companies of the production, logistics and trade sectors."
