MLP Group appoints Martin Birkert
The MLP Group, a developer, owner and manager of high-quality commercial, industrial and logistics parks specialising in brownfield sites, is strengthening its German team. In early January 2023, Martin Birkert took up his position as country manager Germany to head the development of new warehouse and logistics projects and commercial parks in this area.
Birkert has 17 years of experience as an executive in Germany’s commercial real estate market. He started his career as a negotiator at the real estate consulting firm Jones Lang LaSalle. He has worked for various players in the real estate market, including NAI Apollo Real Estate, Nextparx, SEGRO, then Alpha Industrial Advisors and most recently DIC Asset. (cj)
