Meyer, Meyer & Meyer
With effect from 1 January 2021, the supervisory board of the Osnabrück-based fashion logistics company appointed Theresa Meyer as chief transformation officer (CTO) to the now three-member executive board.
The economist has been on board since 2019 after working for an international management consultancy and has since then significantly supported the previous board members Peter Schnitzler (CFO) and her brother Maximilian Meyer (CEO). This means that the fourth generation is at the helm of the German company together with Peter Schnitzler.
There are further changes in the supervisory board: Thomas Müllerschön already took over the chairmanship of the five-member supervisory board from Michael Meyer in December 2020, so the latter has now passed the baton and all responsibilities for the company on to his children. (amh)
