Logix Initiative strengthens board
The Logistics Real Estate Initiative (Logix) has appointed Andreas Brockhaus, managing director of List Bau Holding (List Bau) to its board member. Brockhaus brings experience and expertise in all issues involving the construction and technology of commercial real estate.
Brockhaus will help to define and standardise ESG criteria for logistics real estate. As a civil and industrial engineer with 25 years of experience in turnkey construction, he has been a managing partner in various general contractors of the LIST Group for the last ten years.
As a managing partner of List Bau Holding, Brockhaus has been overseeing all the List Group’s general contractor business since 2022. (cj)
