Lilian Pichelingat joins Upply as COO
Upply has appointed Lilian Pichelingat as director of operations to lead the commercial and operational development of the company’s solutions.
Pichelingat has a strong background in the freight forwarding and chartering industry. Notably, he was operations director at Everoad, from 2018 to 2021, before continuing his career at Transalliance as digital platform manager and then at Uber as head of transportation.
Upply is currently the only European player to offer a comprehensive transport price benchmarking tool and indices on the evolution of freight rates on three modes of transport: road freight, containerised sea freight and air freight. The start-up's ambition is to accelerate its development through technological partnerships (TMS, ERP, tender platforms). (cj)
