Kirchgeorg takes the reins

Siemens Digital Logistics has hired Volker Kirchgeorg as CEO, starting in March. Kirchgeorg, an experienced technology sector manager, has joined the IT provider for global supply chain management as a specialist in the digital transformation of logistics processes.

Kirchgeorg moved from the German software giant SAP, where he worked for nine years and was most recently senior vice-president in charge of quality management and oversight of software development processes and technical partner management. (amh)
