ITG opens new facility
ITG Air & Sea, a German fulfilment service provider specialising in fashion & lifestyle, has opened a new e-commerce location in Oberhausen, Germany.
Due to the strong growth at the Neuss location and the acquisition of new customers, the company has decided to rent a modern logistics centre spanning 30,000 sqm from property investment and development company Segro on this site.
The activities previously carried out at the Neuss site will be transferred to the new location. In addition, the provider has broadened its customer base: With Fashionette, an online retailer specialising in designer handbags, shoes and other fashion accessories, ITG was able to gain a rapidly expanding company as a new client.
In addition to the focus on e-commerce, the site will also offer ITG's classic service portfolio in textile logistics, both for hanging and flat-packed garments. (sh)
