ITG expands Austrian fashion network
ITG has acquired the provider 2RUN Logistics to expand its fashion logistics network in Austria. This comes with a new 40,000 sqm hub in Reichersberg, Upper Austria for the storage of up to 400,000 fashion articles. Originally founded as the replacement for Escada’s insolvent logistics branch, 2RUN has been active in the fashion industry since 2021.
Parallel to the acquisition, it has also entered a new venture of warehousing and handling for a German fashion brand.
Patrick Lindig, managing director of ITG, is looking forward to expanding the network with the new facility: "Reichersberg is less than 150 km away from our headquarters in Schwaig / Munich Airport. We now have a 40,000 sqm warehouse in an ideal location as well as additional human resources to better serve both existing customers and new business." (mk)
