EFL Global has acquired Trans American Customhouse Brokers. Established in 1984, Trans American has evolved into an industry innovator in customs and global logistics. It is ranked within the top 20 of all US customs brokers by annual entry filings.
With this purchase, EFL Global will expand its capabilities in customs brokerage, clearance, and consulting solutions. Furthermore, the company will be able to increase its portfolio by adding integrated customs services in USA, Canada, and Mexico, a team of licensed customs brokers, and digital tools that make customs clearance processes as efficient and transparent as possible.
The acquisition marks the latest in a series of strategic moves for EFL Global. It continues to invest in its core business capabilities and global operations. (ben)
