Hellmann opens branch in France
In September 2019, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics will open its first air freight and sea freight office in France. With this investment the company will close a gap its own European network and expand its global service portfolio. The office is in Villepinte, near the Charles de Gaulle airport, Paris.
From here, the company plans to extend its network of offices in France and open more hubs in order to continue to strengthen Hellmann’s position in the French market. By setting up a new legal entity in France Hellmann now operates its own representative office in one of Europe’s largest markets and can offer its customers uniform quality standards throughout their cross-border supply chains.
To this end, Hellmann intends to focus firstly on existing multinational customers that already work with the company’s global network in other parts of the world. In the medium term, Hellmann plans to add more medium-sized companies from the region to its customer base. (mw)
