Hellmann expands in Middle East with ATS
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and ATS have established a joint venture called Hellmann ATS Road Solutions in the UAE. Through this partnership, Hellmann adds to its road logistics business in the Middle East which includes air freight, sea freight, customs brokerage and contract logistics. ATS provides road haulage services in the UAE with more than 600 vehicles in the region. Hellmann ATS Road Solutions will handle all road haulage operations for Hellmann in the UAE.
The JV aims to significantly increase its market share in the road transport sector in the Middle East over the coming years, with a particular focus on the FTL business, which has been fragmented in the UAE until now.
