Heavy haul locomotives for industrial sites
Russia-based Sinara produces shunting and clean-up diesel locomotives for raw material producer Cemix. The TEM9 locomotives will be involved all along the production chain, from the extraction of raw materials to the shipment of finished products at two industrial sites of the holding in the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan (Abzelilovsky District).
The first locomotive will be handed over in May, and the second one is scheduled to be delivered in August. Sinara is also renovating four locomotives for Tulachermet.
The company produces various iron grades for foundries and steel works. The first two modernised locomotives were handed over last winter, and the other two machines were dispatched at the end of March. (ben)
