Handing over the baton at Wascosa
Wascosa is bidding farewell to Peter Balzer (left), who will leave the company at the end of the year after more than a decade of service, first as CEO and then as an advisor for the past two years. As the company’s COO and member of the executive board, Thomas Schilliger (right) will continue the development of the operations department.
Just in time for its 60th anniversary, Wascosa is also unveiling a new brand identity, underscoring the company's forward-looking and customer focused approach.
Schilliger officially joined the company as its new COO on 1 November 2024. He brings with him many years of international experience in procurement, logistics, maintenance, and supply chain management. Most recently, he served as head of the supply chain management business unit at Ruag. (cj)
