Gruber joins EU research project
The logistics company is now offering daily roundtrips between Verona, Italy, and Leipzig, Germany, thus almost doubling its capacity on this route.
With an already strong focus on combined road/rail transport in its own business, Gruber Logistics now wants to promote the modal shift in the transport sector in general and is joining the recently launched EU research project ESEP 4 Freight (European shift enabler portal for freight).
As part of the project, the nine partners want to develop web-based services, draw up recommendations for legal adjustments and improve cooperation and the exchange of information among CT players. (ben)
