Grade A asset near Piazenza acquired
GLP in Italy has acquired a new Grade A logistics asset totalling 28,000 sqm in Fiorenzuola d’Arda. The warehouse is situated in the south-east of the Piacenza province, one of the largest sub-markets in Greater Milan.
The building, which is brand new, was constructed by the seller E2K, a general contractor company in the Italian logistics market.
The asset is certified Breeam Very Good and was built to meet GLP’s high standards in terms of sustainability. It is equipped with rainwater recovery systems. During the construction, close attention was paid to the reduction and recovery of raw materials. The site also offers outdoor relaxation areas and is surrounded by woods. (ben)
