GLP building Rome in a day
GLP, a developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, recently acquired a site in the municipality of Colleferro, belonging to the metropolitan city of Rome. GLP plans to develop a warehouse facility with a total leasable area of 24,000 sqm.
The site has direct access to the A1 motorway and good air and water connections, given its proximity to the port of Civitavecchia and the airports of Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino. Construction of the site is scheduled to begin in Q3/2022.
