Geodis Sweden promotes Jesper Axell
Jesper Axell has been named managing director at Geodis Sweden. He joined the company in 2006 and was appointed deputy managing director in 2018.
Since his arrival, Axell has acquired extensive knowledge and a strong business acumen in various management roles within Geodis. The Swedish organisation has greatly benefited from his leadership and continues to show strong results.
Axell has been a driving force in the re-launch of contract logistics in Sweden, developing Geodis’ local footprint and consolidating the company’s strong position in the country’s transport and logistics sector. He will continue to report to Magnus Tornerhjelm, managing director subregion Scandinavia at Geodis. (cj)
