GDP in Germany for Eurotranspharma
Eurotranspharma has attained a GDP certificate for its pharma logistics operations in Germany. After its foundation in the country in September 2023, the specialist for pharma logistics went through an evaluation process based on the GDP guidelines.
By receiving the new certification, it has been rewarded for its storage of medicinal products for human use in the 2° - 8°C as well as 15° - 25°C ranges. A key aspect of the company’s cold chain has been its use of bi-thermo vehicles, which enable the simultaneous transport of goods with two different temperature requirements.
With the GDP certificate in hand, Eurotranspharma can continue to build on its temperature-controlled network and work with hospitals, pharmacies and pharma retailers in Germany. (mk)
