From South Africa to the Middle East
ACC Aviation, the global aviation services group, has successfully transacted a Boeing B737-300 (ZS-TGB) to a Middle East-based investor. ACC Aviation’s asset management division was able to source the off-market 1998-built B737-300 Classic (MSN29327) from Star Air Cargo, an established passenger and cargo charter carrier based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The Middle East investor also engaged with ACC’s technical services division to carry out all relevant pre-purchase inspections, undertake a technical records review and perform a technical acceptance inspection. ACC also procured a ferry service to an MRO facility in Tashkent, where the aircraft will undergo minor maintenance and repair work. (cj)
