Four Parx's Frankfurt focus
Four Parx is developing a new 10,214 sqm logistics site close to Frankfurt airport. Terminal 3 can be reached within around 9 minutes, while the other terminals and Cargo City Süd are also just a short distance away. There are road and rail connections to the cities of Frankfurt and Darmstadt.
The logistics real estate developer’s newest project is on home turf: Four Parx is based in Dreieich to the south of Frankfurt. The hub will feature 8,318 sqm hall space as well as 1,192 sqm for offices and 704 sqm of mezzanine area.
Ideal for companies in the light industrial or logistics sectors, the site will have eight ramps and 29 truck parking places. The developer is planning various sustainability measures for the property to help it attain a DGNB Gold certificate. (mk)
