Four Parx: a new facility in Lower Saxony
Four Parx, a developer of commercial and logistics space, is constructing a real estate in Hildesheim, Lower Saxony, Germany. Taurus Investment Holdings is the main investor in the project. The commercial area is located in the north of the city of Hildesheim and has connections to Hanover and its airport as well as the A7 motorway.
A total of 42,150 sqm of usable space will be created on the site, divided into halls, mezzanine floors, and office and social spaces. The outdoor area will feature 214 car parking spaces with e-mobility equipment.
The building will be equipped with a photovoltaic system and smart-metering software to ensure an energy-saving operation. The facility is thus expected to achieve an annual saving of 1,056 t of CO2. It is scheduled to be completed by Q1/2025. (mk)
