Having received regulatory approval, Geodis has now finalised its acquisition of Keppel Logistics. This transaction consolidates the group’s contract logistics footprint and e-commerce fulfilment services in Asia-Pacific and particularly in Singapore.
With a working staff of almost 500 employees, Keppel Logistics operates circa 200,000 sqm of warehouse space in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
Geodis hopes to bolster its B2C and B2B e-commerce channel management portfolios as it integrates Keppel Logistics’ fast-growing Urban Fox platform in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam with the French group's own network in Asia-Pacific. (sh)
