FM Logistic hires managing director for Russia
French independent and family-owned company FM Logistic has appointed Oleg Alkhamov as its managing director for Russia, effective today, 1 April 2021.
Reporting to Christophe Menivard and as group executive committee member responsible for Eastern Europe and other strategic development projects, Alkhamov will be responsible for leading the Russia executive team, overall business development and operations in the country.
He spent most of his career in the FMCG and retail sectors, most recently at Auchan retail, joining the French retailer in 2008.
Alkhamov was managing director for Auchan Retail’s hypermarkets division in Russia, between 2015 and 2017, and then he moved to the group's headquarters in France as group performance director.
