Florida Express with new services
Norfolk Southern Corporation and Florida East Coast Railway are augmenting the international and domestic interline services of their Florida Express and adding a new two-way solution for goods transports between South Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina.
The partnership relies on a steel wheel interchange in Jacksonville, which operates in both directions and expands services for customers accessing global markets in South Florida.
The logistics company Crowley uses the Florida Express to move textile goods. The service will also accommodate customers shipping agricultural goods and commodities in the future. (ben)
