First unit sold at brand-new multi-purpose hub in Redditch
St Francis Group, a UK-based property developer and investor and an expert in brownfield development and regeneration, and its partner Richardson are nearing completion of Velocity 42, Redditch’s premier industrial warehouse development. Unit 1, a 4,180 sqm warehouse facility, has been completed and sold to Heartbeat. It will soon be followed by four further units ranging in size from 5,110 sqm to 8,600 sqm, which are due to be finished shortly.
Gareth Williams, director at St Francis Group, said: “Selling the first unit off-plan justifies our faith in Redditch as an excellent industrial and logistics location for the modern day occupier. As we near completion, we have registered a strong interest in the remaining units offering high grade space on either a leasehold or freehold basis.”
Velocity 42 is the second partnership between St Francis Group and the Richardson family and together they are developing over 55,700 sqm of new industrial space across the Midlands. (mw)
