First project in France
Logistics real estate developer Panattoni is beginning to build its first logistics platform in France, one year after opening its first office in the country. The project, a site of 38,600 sqm, is being developed in white. It is located at the gates of Greater Paris, in the Parc d'Activités du pays de Meaux in Villenoy.
The building will be divisible into four sections and has a storage height of 11.50 m. Completion is scheduled for the summer of 2023. The site lies at the intersection of the N3 and the A140 and is directly linked to the SNCF train station. The construction was entrusted to the company GSE. (sh)
