First Effi Shunter 1000M for Otrava region
Rail Cargo Carrier – Czech Republic (RCC CZ) has become the first private operator of an Effi Shunter 1000M locomotive in the country.
The locomotive is being delivered to the operator in cooperation with Unicredit Leasing CZ, which is the owner of the locomotive and has been leasing the locomotive to RCC CZ for a long time. The delivery of the locomotive also includes the new MyLoko application for locomotive fleet management and maintenance.
The unit was handed over at the turn of November and December 2021 at the CZ Loko plant in Jihlava. The locomotive furnished with ECTS will be used mainly in the Ostrava region, but will be approved for operation in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. (ben)
