Europa Road boosts customer service teams
Over the coming months, Europa Road – which belongs to the independent global logistics provider Europa Worldwide Group – will be boosting its growing network by creating dedicated customer service teams based in local branches.
So far, five of Europa’s 16 branches have dedicated teams. The teams are led by new regional managers Mat Jobson (left) and Stuart McKie (right), both of whom have a proven track record and have been redeployed and promoted to the roles from other areas of the Europa group.
By 1 September, Europa had eleven dedicated customer service teams based in local sales branches, comprising 120 staff. Within this refreshed structure, both new regional managers will focus on customer relations activities in the branch network and report directly to branch and sales director Adrian Redmile. (cj)
