Etihad Cargo and SF Airlines deepen partnership
In a meeting at SF Airlines’ headquarters in Shenzhen on 18 September, key representatives of this subsidiary of SF Holding and of Etihad Cargo, the cargo and logistics arm of Etihad Airways, convened to formalise their intention to establish a joint venture.
The project builds on their partnership, which has enhanced connectivity and capacity between China, the UAE, and global markets. Beyond capacity sharing, the JV represents a full strategic alignment between the two carriers, combining their strengths to offer a unified, comprehensive logistics solution to customers worldwide.
Key aspects include increased aircraft capacity, improved transit times, interconnected networks and the expanded distribution of SF Express’s international express services. (ah)
