Enhancing customer support through digitalisation
The Customs Support Group (CSG), Europe’s leading customs and trade solutions provider, has appointed Jo Cloherty as senior commercial manager for the UK and Ireland, in order to drive its growth strategy and support clients with their digitalisation initiatives.
Cloherty brings extensive experience in business development in various supply chain sectors, including air, sea, road, contract logistics and customs trade for multinationals, FMCG brands and broadcasters.
In her new role Cloherty will assist UK and Ireland-based customers in navigating customs clearance complexities, and leverage technology to streamline processes. Her appointment is in line with CSG’s recent expansion, including the addition of Norway’s Harold and Haroldson as its 14th European hub. (cj)
