Easy booking for rail and intermodal services
The Austrian-based ÖBB Rail Cargo Group (RCG) is joining Transporeon and integrating its offerings and services on the transportation management platform. Customers will have access to a fully integrated modus operandi for rail and intermodal transports as part of the end-to-end supply chain.
Other benefits will include low threshold inquiry, booking and execution of rail and intermodal transports from RCG, access to real-time data and to calculator of greenhouse gas emissions according to the new ISO 14083 standard. The new offer will first be available on selected pilot routes from Austrian and Germany to Italy. (ben)
