Duvenbeck expands in northern Germany
Duvenbeck has taken over Sander Logistics Group, thus adding Sander’s locations in Hamburg, Itzehoe, Rostock, Halle and Moosburg to its portfolio. Sander has been working in the transport sector for almost a century, which provides complementary local expertise for Duvenbeck’s network.
Post-acquisition, it will continue to operate under its established brand to maintain customer relationships, while Duvenbeck will gain access to the logistics provider’s hubs in northern and eastern Germany. Sander will act as a self-contained subsidiary, boosting mutual growth and collaboration.
