Dunkerque-Port picks Hervé Ducloy
Hervé Ducloy has been appointed financial director/accounting officer of Dunkerque-Port. A graduate of the IEP Lyon (political and administrative studies 1995 / 1997), the Ecole Nationale du Trésor Public (1999 / 2000) and the CNAM Versailles (2004 / 2005), Ducloy is a deputy administrator of public finances and previously headed the Hauts-de-France regional directorate of public finances (2010 / 2021).
Ducloy replaces Julien Lernould, who has just taken up his new post as senior accounting officer at Voies navigables de France (VNF) after having worked for six years at Dunkerque-Port, where he was successively accounting officer and then financial director and also served as a member of the management board since September 2019.
