DSV leases P3 logistics centre
Property developer P3 and the Danish logistics provider DSV have inked a rental agreement for over 33,000 sqm of space in the P3 Park in Błonie, west of Warsaw. According to the contract, DSV will move into warehouse 16 that has more than 32,000 sqm of storage space, nearly 900 sqm of offices and 54 parking slots for cars and 44 for lorries.
Adam Pawelczak, DSV Solutions’ supply chain director, said: "We will be better able to fulfil demands for customers in the FMCG, retail and pharmaceutical sectors in the new complex. In addition, we can step up our e-commerce offers, as well as our packing services such as co-packing.
We decided to lease part of the P3 logistics park in Błonie because of its excellent position and modern infrastructure.” (mw)
