Drydocks World introduces cryogenic pipe shop
Drydocks World in Dubai has upgraded its propeller repair services and introduced new facilities, aiming to reinforce its position and boost its revenue in maritime services. The enhancements include the capability to handle both minor in-situ repairs directly on vessels and more extensive repairs in a specially equipped workshop.
The company uses advanced techniques like laser pitch checking and blade profilin and has expanded its team to ensure high standards of repair.
Drydocks World has also opened a cryogenic pipe shop, and gasket manufacturing and CNC plate cutting facilities to further augment its portfolio. These investments are part of its strategy to improve productivity and meet the growing demands of the maritime, oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors. (pb)
