DP World names VP of freight forwarding
Global supply chain solutions provider DP World has appointed Tim Gates to the newly created position of vice president of freight forwarding for the USA and Mexico, as it accelerates the global expansion of its freight forwarding business.
Most recently serving as vice president for the Greater Midwest sub-region at Kuehne + Nagel, Gates has more than two decades of logistics expertise.
In his new role, Gates will spearhead the development of the company’s freight forwarding operations in the USA and Mexico. This includes enhancing operational productivity and efficiency, overseeing product development initiatives, and leading procurement efforts. (cj)
