DKV buys a 25% share of VAT Services
DKV has bought a 25% share of Spanish VAT Services, a provider of international VAT payment services for Spanish customers. The partners agreed not to disclose the purchasing price.
In 2018, VAT Services generated a turnover of more than EUR 200 million, with more than 1,500 customers and 36,000 installed OBUs worldwide.
From cash-less service on the road at more than 100,000 multi-brand acceptance points to the handling of toll payments and VAT refund applications, DKV offers a comprehensive spectrum of products for the optimisation and management of commercial vehicle fleets throughout Europe. (ben)
