DFI Partners: parting of the ways
Since 11 March 2021, Dietz Fleischer Industrial Partners (DFI), a specialist in the development of commercial and logistics properties headquartered in Bensheim (Germany), has operated as an independent company, with Andreas Fleischer as its sole managing director.
Following a mutual agreement with Fleischer, Wolfgang Dietz is withdrawing from the joint venture contract, which the partners concluded in August 2019. Dietz: “In the two years of partnership, DFI has successfully positioned itself on the market and has launched several promising projects. At the same time, we continued to grow strongly in the Dietz company's core business and couldn’t leverage all the synergies that we initially intended.” Dietz will take over and continue its ongoing projects.
Fleischer: “In the future, DFI will operate independently in the market, while maintaining its focus on innovation and sustainability. We’re now open to suitable partners in the capital market.” (amh)
