Delisle snaps up Transport Antoine
Ile-de-France-based Delisle group is taking over Normandy-based Transports Antoine, a corporation specialising in the delivery of liquid food.
"This acquisition gives us a competitive edge in the food market in which large groups such as Veynat and Alainé operate," said Jonathan Delisle, president of the Delisle group. Transports Antoine runs about 25 locations and achieved a turnover of about EUR 75 million last year. The Delisle group will take over Transports Antoine's 580 employees and its fleet of 380 engines and 480 semi-trailers. (sh)
