De Fontenay to lead Guadeloupe's development

Nicolas de Fontenay (3.f.l.), CEO of the energy service provider Albioma, has been elected president of the development council of the Grand Port Maritime de Guadeloupe. Joël Toto, representative of the community of communes of Marie-Galante, is vice president of the council.

The development council is a corporate body of the French overseas port that delivers its opinion on the port’s strategy, investment projects and tariff policy. (amh)
